Dropbox seems to have not desired to talk with someone with a question such as, 'How did all of my very important photos disappear?' I have used Dropbox for years. I have no idea how this happened.
An hour and a half chat last night accomplished nothing.
Another hour today...same result. The loss of the photos is a major, major problem.

Billing
NI have been being billed for a whole year with this subscription. Ive tried reaching a live agent at the drop box support team I havent gotten a hold to anyone .
This issue has been recurring and its draining I should not have to go through all this to cancel something that Im not using . Its truly impossible to reach a live agent and that is unacceptable.
